Since this travel agency offers discounts, I contacted them both last year and this year already with the selected tour. I only had to clarify the availability of the tour, the amount of the discount and agree on the time of my arrival for payment. On my call, I was quite politely answered that everyone who is involved in my direction is busy, leave your phone number, they will call you back. Ok, I left the number, warned to call after 17 hours, but no one called me back. After my second call, I was again asked for a phone number! and... so no one called. Last year was exactly the same story, I never bought a tour from them even once.
All this could have gone through and persistently obtained the purchase of a tour from them with the desired discount, but after all, because. the tour was bought from them, with any overlays on the trip, it is they who solve the problems that have arisen.
After such an attitude towards a buyer who simply wants to pay for a tour, what kind of attitude can there be towards a client who has asked for help in solving problems that have arisen?! That is, for a small discount (4–5%), which, as it turned out, can be negotiated with a direct tour operator, here you can get problems and ruin your vacation.
