In July, we bought a tour to Abkhazia, to a new hotel "Eco-Village" in New Athos: the site has a convenient search, an excellent selection of tours, a good description of hotels. We paid by card after confirming the hotel and flight dates. No difficulties or overlays. In August, 2 days before departure, it turned out that one of us could not fly. I contacted the agency manager by e-mail, and in 1 day and for only 2000 rubles, we replaced all the documents with another tourist. Again everything was fast, clear and polite. We flew to Abkhazia: the transfer was waiting, we were also warmly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is fully consistent with the description, just built, clean, tidy, in the center of the town and actually 200 meters from the beach. In general, one can only be surprised and delighted when the journey goes so smoothly. And Abkhazia itself is simply beautiful.
