As far as I know, they simply buy seats on the plane and include them in the price of the tour, but they are not responsible for the airline and the operation of the airport, for weather conditions and others. What kind of claims can there be to tour operators on departures ?? Can they also be presented with the fact that queues for passport control at airports are too long ?? :)))

I flew many times on tours through tour operators, including Coral Travel. Never had any problems with anyone. You just need to be EASIER!! Be human treat guides as human beings and not as personal servants who are available to you 24 hours a day and will always help you with everything.
