We came to the company in the lakes on December 9, chose a tour to the UAE on December 20, paid the entire amount at once. The next day we handed over all the documents for a visa.
They promised to give all the documents for the trip in one day, that is, on December 19th.
As a result, on December 19, we were told that we could pick up the documents at 18.00, then they moved it to 19.00, then to 20.00. As a result, already at 21.00 we were given the documents, BUT WITHOUT VISAS!!!
They suggested that we first fly without visas, and then they said that we could not fly, it was at 22.30. When it was too late to find out.
