Cyprus, May

We rested in Cyprus in May this year. We took a ticket for a week, a flight with Ural Airlines, a flight on May 14 for 1 week. Hotel AMATUS in Limassol, room with sea view, breakfast. The ticket also included: medical insurance (not used), pro-visa, transfer to and from the airport, group by bus. All services are provided, now more about them.

Flight. They promised a flight with a regular airline, in fact it is a charter. The flight delay on May 14 was 3.5 hours!!! Departure should be early, as a result, we lost half a day. No compensation, although they had to drink and feed. I complained to the airline, they said that when there is a delay of more than 2 hours, then you can count on a drink. After 2 hours, I found a representative, he said that drinks would be given out when he boarded the plane, but in fact there was nothing. What I reported to the airline, they simply stopped communicating with me.

And upon arrival, I wrote again, and I was offered to send a claim. Back a week later, there was also a delay - an hour !!! The plane is old, food is scarce. The distances between the seats are such that we barely got in. The windows were “divided” into two seats, they were not flush with the row of seats - it is immediately clear that the plane was compacted so that more people could fit in. No sleeve - neither in Moscow nor in Cyprus. They drove around the airfield for a long time. In general, it doesn’t even smell like a regular flight. The desire to fly with this airline is completely gone!!!

Hotel. Excellent. I liked it very much. A large green area, a lawn, a lot of space, a lot of sunbeds, no one interferes with anyone, if you want by the pool, if you want on the grass, there are sunbeds by the sea, the hotel has an excellent sports center with a large pool and they say there is even sea water, delicious delicious breakfasts. The room is stylish, cozy, comfortable, Etro cosmetics. In general, I liked it!

Travel company work.

Fine. We did not take excursions, the transfer arrived clearly, on the way we were given useful information, all contacts. They weren't forced.

In general, we are satisfied with the rest. We were in Cyprus once upon a time, a lot has changed a lot. May was warm, but we did not swim, the sea is still cool. There are not many tourists yet, you can rest easy. We went to the mountains - it's green and cool there. Come to Cyprus in the spring, while it is still green and not scorched by the sun!
