I would like to start with the fact that, due to our stupidity, we twice dealt with Julia Travel (hereinafter referred to as DT). In what happened to us, there is also our fault, because from such travel agencies SHOULD BE RUNNING AWAY!!!

So, for the first time I turned to DT to buy a ski tour to Bulgaria for the New Year holidays in early December 2011. Our application was handed over to the manager Svetlana Fomicheva, who still works there. She picked up a wonderful and cheap tour to Bansko for us, we signed an agreement, made an advance payment immediately (50%). A few days later, there were no calls and letters confirming the tour, although I repeatedly contacted DT about this. As a result, I independently contacted the tour operator and found out that the price of this product is not indicated for a Double room (as we were told at the agency), but for one person. After that, I contacted DT and received a response from the manager that such an error really happened by accident ....

We asked to return the money to us, however, Sveta insisted on finding an alternative. We agreed and waited, Svetlana pulled .. as a result, all the options proposed by DT were much more expensive. We expressed a strong desire to return our money, after which we were told to come to the office. We went to the DT with full confidence that we would be given our hard-earned money .. However, it turned out that we first need to write an application, only after which we will return the money within 10 working days. We waited 2.5 weeks .... I have never seen such a disregard for customers anywhere .. Despite the fact that when we went to book a tour, a pass was always ordered for us. When we went to return our money, we waited for half an hour until at least someone came down for us ..

Some time passed, and we, a group of 4 people, decided to go on May holidays to Turkey from May 5 to May 8 for a short trip, to celebrate my sister's 25th birthday. Irony of fate, we got another call from DT.

My sister (who has an anniversary on her nose) was in joyful euphoria, because. in DT she was informed about a super interesting offer with minimal prices, because. this is an early booking (we applied in mid-March). I intercepted their conversation and reminded the operator that I already had a negative experience of cooperation with DT, in particular with Svetlana Fomicheva, and in response I received: “Yes, she hasn’t been working with us for a week now.” With a light heart, we went to this agency, because. we thought that nothing bad would happen to us the second time, especially the danger in the person of Svetlana “has not been working for a week now”. And what was my surprise when I came and saw Svetlana, and, unfortunately, she was our manager again. In general, we started booking the tour, discussed the dates from May 5 to May 8 a thousand times (3 tourists, i.e. us, and the manager of Light). Svetlana told us that if you fly from May 6 to May 9, it will be much more expensive, because. These are official May holidays.

We agreed on May 5th. We chose a hotel. Everything was great and completely satisfying. For me, as well as for the guys with whom I was in the agency, the decisive factor was the price. Svetlana printed out the contract, the three of us quickly looked through it, clarified certain points for ourselves, briefly looked at the dates of departures from 5 to 8, signed and calmed down. Then, April 5 comes, they call us from the travel agency and ask why we didn’t fly away. And here we understand that when we looked through the contract and saw the dates from 5 to 8, we did not notice that Svetlana put April there, not May. We went to look into DT. (Moreover, we were promised to issue tickets in a day at the agency, but they didn’t even call us, we didn’t see the tickets in our eyes).

So, the first time I came there, I told the director, Molchanova Yulia Mikhailovna, about the situation that had happened and about the mistake of the manager, through whose fault we lost money and ruined our vacation.

She listened to everything and asked to come a little later so that we could all talk together: the manager Svetlana Fomicheva, we (tourists) and the director. I’m already silent about the fact that meetings had to wait for half an hour, and passes were never issued ... Day X came, we arrived at the travel agency at the appointed time, we again had to wait half an hour until we were taken care of. Then Svetlana came up and started to prove to us that we really wanted to fly away in April ourselves .. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY!!! Further, a conversation with the director, in which she asked us to provide certificates that we “allegedly” got into an accident and therefore could not fly away, in order to shake off money from the tour operator. We refused, because you know, it's a matter of judgment. In response, we were told that we did not want to meet the agency and assist in solving this problem.

For our part, we understand that we are to blame for not looking at the contract thoroughly and signing it with the April dates, but as proof, we provided protocols for taking vacations at work for the May dates + a letter to the manager Svetlana with passport data, which indicated the May dates dates of the proposed tour. After a long and useless conversation, we were told to come to the agency on Thursday April 12 for an official answer. The director promised to LISTEN TO ALL CONVERSATIONS from our phones in order to understand whether we are deceiving or not (I want to note: when you call DT, the answering machine does not warn that all conversations will be recorded, IS IT LEGAL?). April 12 came, I called DT, asked to connect with the director, they refused me and asked me to come to the agency the next day on April 13 at 12 o’clock, which I did, however, no one was waiting for me, the director was not in the office at all.

Her assistant Sophia was too busy and could not give me time, I waited 1.5 hours, after which Sophia decided to remember me, came out and gave me a piece of paper saying: "Here is the director's decision." I read the decision, and it says that we voluntarily entered into this agreement for April, that during the internal audit the fact of violation of the agreement was not established, and the month did not appear anywhere in the telephone conversations, only the numbers from 5 to 8, and DT offers assistance in collecting amounts from the tour operator, however, despite this, we ourselves refused to provide the relevant documents about the reason for our non-departure (this is a fake certificate from the traffic police ...). And the only thing that we are offered is to pick up an alternative tour at the prices of the tour operator, and this, as you understand, is only 1 - maximum 3 thousand from the entire tour cheaper.

After reading this letter, I asked to listen to the very recordings of telephone conversations and pick up letters from the call center to the manager, in which we asked to pick up a tour for us in May, in response I was refused. I am in indescribable horror from this place. After all, such agencies continue to work and deceive customers.

PS: while I was waiting for the last meeting for 1.5 hours, I was an unwitting witness to numerous calls to the agency from deceived tourists. Our case is not isolated. I CALL ON EVERYONE who decides to apply to the agency "Julia Travel" on Varvarka, IN NO EVENT DO THIS!!!!!!!!
