We flew in February to the Dominican Republic, from the Aizen company, and I could not help but write this review. Everything at first went just fine. We arrived at the office on Zabelina 1, picked up a hotel that was wonderful according to the description on the Internet, the wonderful manager Olga told us a lot of interesting things about the country, introduced us to other destinations and countries. Leaving Aizen's office, I felt some kind of lightness and a pleasant anticipation of relaxation.

We were taken to the airport free of charge (a gift from a travel agency). Having reached the Dominican Republic, we were met by representatives of the tour operator. By the way - the tour operator, once respected by me - is very large and advertised. We got on the bus and that's where the worst began. We were told that they were taking us to a completely different hotel, which we had been choosing for so long. But after a long flight, there was no longer any strength for the proceedings, the children wanted to eat and sleep, and we ourselves.

We thought we'd figure it out tomorrow with a fresh mind, and the hotel could be good. The time was 12 at night. The tour operator's guide just brought us to the reception and left us to ourselves and the manager, and he went on. The hotel did not correspond to any 5 *, which we expected, but at night, again, I repeat, I just wanted to have something to eat, take a shower and sleep. And here we are with children, 3 and 9 years old, to put it mildly, not in the best hotel in the Dominican Republic - we are sitting in the lobby, and tears well up in our eyes. We were told that until 12 o'clock the next day we will not be accommodated in a room. It was clear. Rest is interrupted.

No one was going to listen to us, and pretended that we were not people, but furniture. The children were crying, they wanted to eat terribly and sleep. Neither food nor water was offered to us, although this day was paid for and, accordingly, all-inclusive meals were also provided. There was no shop or outdoor cafe near the hotel. What to do, we already did not know.

Despair and resentment took over us. We could not get through to anyone from the host country and to the tour operator. Just no one answered the phone or hung up!!! Even the tourist emergency number!!! Shaped bastard! Why then invented these phones?! And we dialed the phone of the Aizen company. Having phoned the general director Andrey Fedorov, we began to resent, and told the situation. At that moment, I can’t even imagine what kind of tube his ears curled up from what he heard. I apologize for being so rude. On the other side of the wire, we were promised that they would solve our problem. True, that's how they are going to do it, we did not understand.

The telephone conversation did not foretell the solution of the problem, and with great torment we waited until 8 o'clock in the morning, having spent the night in the lobby on the sofas! Luckily, I was able to sleep on the plane.

At 8 in the morning there was a “shift change” and we were still settled in this “garbage heap”, and even threw a piece of bread and butter for breakfast. It was clear that we would have to spend the remaining 12 days of "rest" here, since the hotel manager did not appear and, again, no one answered or dropped the calls. Once all the same, some girl picked up the phone and said that she could not do anything and said to wait for the hotel guide with whom there was no connection. The husband was furious.

In the afternoon we decided to go for a swim on the beach and explore the territory of the hotel. Having successfully dodged two or maybe even three trucks that were driving along the highway that separated the beach and the hotel, they crossed the road and ended up on a wild and deserted coast. Returning to the hotel, we found a small pool on site. To be honest, we disdained to climb into it. Again feeding, a piece of bread, but with cheese! 

That same evening, there was a knock on our room.

Opening the door, there was a young man in front of us. He introduced himself as the CEO of Aizen. I don’t know what happened to my face, but it expressed, to put it mildly, SHOCK. With the words, stop living in this garbage dump, he took us from the hotel, and we moved to the very hotel that was kindly chosen by us in the office in Moscow. I don’t know how he managed to solve this, in our opinion, unsolvable situation, but I am ready to erect a monument to this person during his lifetime. Thanks Andrey. I believe that if all travel agencies work this way, then the level of recreation in our country will rise noticeably.

Now we are planning a vacation in Thailand from the Aizen company. This time we picked up the tour on our own through their website, who may be interested www.ayzen.ru I express my deep gratitude to the manager Olga and the general director Fedorov Andrey.

Svetlana and Kirill
