DIVORCE!

2 times we booked tours through the Maldivian with my husband (2009 and 2010) and since the flights took place without "overlays" we had no complaints about the work of the tour operator, but having booked the tour for the 3rd time (October 2013), we, unfortunately, ended up in difficult situation. Due to illness, we could not fly, and asked the tour operator to replace us with our relatives, and then a frank show began, or rather a divorce !!! Issues (any) were resolved for days, and dragged on for as long as possible. We did not see any support or even a desire to help, but you go to the tour operator precisely for the solution of any issues, and not for pressing three buttons in the ticket and hotel booking program. Particularly touched was the comment of the specialist Alena, who worked with us. At the request of my husband to help in solving a difficult life situation, she replied that it was not HER difficult situation.

BUT THE MOST OPEN DIVORCE began when we were told that in order to change the names in the hotel reservation, you need to pay again for the hotel reservation. We called the hotel directly and they told us that there is no need to pay extra, and this is a fraud on the part of the agent!!! Apparently the tour operator was counting on ignorance of the English language and was mistaken. Conclusion! Only directly book tickets and hotel! Now it is easy to do this through hotel websites and read reviews on booking and tripadvisor. Well, we intend to sue the tour operator, as this is the only way to eradicate divorce and negligence in our country!
