Let me tell you our instructive story.
We bought a tour to Morocco for the New Year (I do not argue at a very attractive price), it was in the month of November. There were four of us and one of us is a citizen of Ukraine. When buying a tour, we were not told anything about the fact that Ukraine needed a visa, and then the fun began. After we found out that a visa is still needed, and began to collect documents, we were led by the nose for a month. We were promised to send a confirmation from the hotel and a plane reservation every day, but there were still no documents. Time passed and there was no longer any opportunity to get a visa.
But the Action went on!!!
))) Since we called them every day, I think it was for this reason that we managed to find out that the dates of our departures were postponed from January 2 to January 4 and the return, respectively, on 11, when it would be worth working. How they managed not to book a plane and where the tickets went was a mystery. Since the dates were postponed due to their fault, we canceled the tour and signed a statement that they should return the money to us within 10 days.
Ten days later...
Two weeks of endless attempts to get through to the chief accountant or the general director of the tour operator MS Travel. We were switched and we listened to music for 2 minutes, and these first persons of the company were wandering around somewhere. They called every half hour, if they managed to get through, they promised a refund in a few days. So, after 2 months we received money, shattered nerves and lack of rest.
