DO NOT RIDE WITH MARGARIT TOUR!

HORRIBLE, BAD ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS. People were delayed at the checkout of the store for 3 (three) minutes from the appointed time of collection on the bus - while the guide SAW that they were not there - but the bus did not wait for them and left. To the comments of other tourists, the guide STATED: “Ah, they will catch up” (!!!!!!!!) People stayed with their purchases in the parking lot of the store at the very border of Finland, from where (attention!) You can’t get out by public transport; were forced to run around the parking lot, negotiate with other buses / cars in order to catch up with the bus of this “wonderful” company Margarita Tour. We got through to the office, where they gave the guide's phone number, then they called this guide (at first she still did not pick up the phone) - to find out where the bus was now. When they managed to catch up with him, not a single word, no apology, no explanation from the guide named Margarita followed. Why? Yes, apparently, because for her it is a common practice.

For many years we have been traveling with different tour companies and different carriers - NEVER BEFORE THIS IS SUCH A DISGUSTING AND BOOR ATTITUDE TO TOURISTS HAVE BEEN ENCOUNTERED. Even regular bus drivers (who, by the way, have a schedule!) ALWAYS check if everything is in place before leaving - and wait for those who are lagging behind.

In general, so - if you want to suddenly find yourself without transport and without your things (which will leave with your "caring" guide and bus) in an unfamiliar place in a foreign country - go ahead, use this "beautiful" office, adventures are guaranteed to you. Just before you buy a tour in this Margarita tour, take care of extra money and transport, on which, if anything, you will chase their bus. And, yes, do not collect heavy and bulky purchases in stores - so that, again, it would be easier to run after their bus.

And it’s better not to go to the shops at all, watch the bus so that it doesn’t leave without you - otherwise you never know, stay at the checkout for a couple of minutes, knocking out purchases. Or something else that will delay you - you never know, anything can happen. Well, really, why do you need shops and purchases, you don’t go for that, do you? - the main thing is that the guide herself has time to collect everything she needs and fill the trunk with her purchases, because this is precisely the main goal of the whole trip for which you pay your money.
