Usually I travel on my own, but in this case I decided to study the offers of travel agencies, since the flight to this country is long and involves problematic transfers. The manager without a badge, without naming herself, strongly imposed the most expensive flight options. After the conversation, I easily found on the Internet a much cheaper option, ideally suited in terms of the tour program offered to me, but that employee was not at work the next day. Another employee who dealt specifically with tickets checked my choice, wrote down my phone number, took a copy of my passport and offered to finish the job the next day with a meeting with Albina, with whom, as it turned out, I negotiated the day before.

None of the employees in the office wore a badge and did not have a sign on the desktop indicating the name and surname, the Peace Fund managers prefer to impose on clients unfavorable options for them incognito. On the third visit to the office, Albina refused to serve me, setting the conditions: either I take the very expensive air tickets she offered or buy a more expensive tour, while she certainly wanted to impose on me the option of starting the excursion program directly on the day of arrival after a daily flight with a transfer and early arrival - I had to refuse the services of this company. I will add that the politeness of the employee of the "Peace Fund" was clearly not enough.
