More than excellent

It was not the first time I contacted Turminal. The attitude towards customers is always at the highest level, which is surprising for our country.

Friendly staff, ready to help in everything, and most importantly - professionals in their field. As I understand it, all employees travel a lot, judging by the souvenirs in the office, they have traveled more than half of the world.

Marina and Vyacheslav, who advised me before, lived in India, and they know everything about it, they initiated me into such nuances that you will not recognize in any guidebook, thanks to their recommendations and advice, the rest turned out to be excellent.

I have already been to India (last time I flew with Pegasus), and this time I decided to fly on my own and came only for a visa. But in the end, it turned out to be a whole tour: they picked up a budget flight option for me and advised me on housing. I was given a tour tailored to my needs.

Many travel agencies offer package tours where the budget price equals poor quality, as I have seen personally, but here it's the other way around. Upon arrival, we were met by Russian guys (their representatives in India), settled in, immediately brought a local SIM card to the airport, on the way to the villa they took us to the exchange office, where we changed money at a good rate, showed where shops, restaurants, etc. And when we had some questions about how to remove the bike, they were all resolved very quickly.

I want to say thank you to Tourminal and their Indian partners for a good vacation, and most importantly - at an adequate price. The quality of the accommodation was excellent!
