Dear tourists!! I strongly do not recommend you to go on vacation through this company!!! Here is my short story about how my trip to the Czech Republic for the New Year holidays broke off:

In early October, a friend invited me and 6 other people. go to rest in the Czech Republic for the New Year holidays (7 days from January 2 to January 9). Of course, I agreed, I brought her all the necessary documents for a visa and money, and my friend handed them over to the tour accordingly. agency. At the end of October, everything that was needed for the trip was at the Fantasy Tour travel agency, specifically at Evgenia's, and with peace of mind and with joy from the upcoming New Year holidays, I began to wait for January. Around December 24-25, I called Evgenia to clarify what time and from which airport we would fly to the Czech Republic, to which she specifically answered me that on January 2. we depart from Vnukovo airport at 16:45 and on 9 Jan. We arrive there at 19:45. On December 28, my girlfriend sends me an SMS that we are not flying to any Czech Republic.

I was just shocked!!! A friend and a few other guys (unfortunately I couldn’t) went to this travel agency to deal with Zhenya, the general director (her husband) and calling the police, but left with practically nothing.

In a telephone conversation with me, Zhenya said that:

1) at the end of November, she was robbed, that is, they took out all our money for vouchers - why did the money lie idle for a whole month ??? (since the end of October!)

2) she did not write a statement to the police about the theft and did not call the police - there is no confirmation that the money was stolen at all, they could have been spent on their own needs

3) she cannot offer another option and return our money, because the bank does not give them a loan, and there is no money in the company at all - apparently the Fantasy Tour is working without profit...

4) they didn't even submit documents for a visa to the embassy... As they had been lying since October, so we took them intact.

I asked a lot of questions, was indignant at the fact that I was only informed on December 28 that the trip was canceled, when not only could you not pick up a normal tour to the Czech Republic, but also that it was already impossible to get a visa !!! but she couldn’t answer me anything sensible and clear, referring to the fact that everything happens in life and it happened like that ... And the situation “with a bank (does not give a loan) is a personal matter, and she is not going to tell me about them”! And the fact that she told me the airport and the time of departure / arrival - "this is how she planned." Apparently she is during the bodies. Yandex opened a conversation with me, looked at the necessary flights and all the data on them and told me.

As a result, the money will be paid in mid-January and there is no question of any payment for moral damage, because this tour has extra money. no agency!

Very, very embarrassing and embarrassing!
