Deception

We bought the Park Hotel in the city of Budva in Montenegro, as three stars. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel is classified as two. We called the office, and a woman named Irina Nozdrya, in response to our question "how is that," answered in a boorish way "what do you want now? your hotel is the same as other hotels of the three-star category." I don’t know how true this is, but in any case, it’s not three, but two. Information about the hotel on their website does not correspond to reality, we were not warned that the hotel is infested with cockroaches, there is terrible dirt and it is impossible to eat. We said that we would take pictures of everything and show her the photos. Irina replied that she "knows where she sends tourists."

Secondly, Yugo-Star presents itself as a tour operator. In fact, in this case, they acted as a travel agency. We were hosted by the R-Tours agency, and the Montenegro Express agency took us on excursions from them, which means that all services are overpriced through many intermediaries.
