We rested in Vietnam from 26.04-7.05 2012 from the Azbuka Travel travel company, this company places coupons with discounts on Biglion in different directions.

- instead of a meeting Russian-speaking guide, there was a Vietnamese driver who was not able to collect a group at the airport (I had to do it myself)

-Vietnamese representative Natasha, whom we did not see at all, on the phone, from the first day of our stay, offered to solve our issue of payment and rest ourselves, referring to the non-payment of the tour by the Russian side.
