On June 20 this year, I booked the "Norway in Miniature" tour from 07/27/2013 and made a partial prepayment
On June 26, I received a letter from the manager, Maria Airapetova, informing me that the group was not recruited for this date and I was offered options for July 20 or 29 from
(I quote) saving all parameters. I agreed to change the departure date to 07/27, however, when I received the booking sheet, I found out that, according to this program, I should spend the last two nights at the hotel,
located at the airport of Oslo, which is located 50 kilometers from the city.
This categorically did not suit me, which I informed Maria Airapetova by phone. Airapetova Maria offered me in this case to join the group that travels on 20.07, promising that the program for this group is exactly the same that I chose initially and there is only one night at the airport - before departure. I agreed and a sheet was sent to me
booking with a program that suited me and I paid for the tour in full.
However, just before the trip, when all the documents were sent to me, in the program and the booking sheet, I again found an option with two nights at Oslo Airport.
The manager knew perfectly well that I was categorically
did not suit me, and the only explanation that I can give to all this is that Maria Airapetova deliberately misled me by sending a fictitious booking sheet,
to get rid of a problematic client and knowing that at the last moment nothing can be changed anyway.
There were 4 more people from our group in the hotel with me, who, as it turned out, had no idea that 2 nights in the Oslo hotel and a free day in Oslo, indicated on the booking sheet, are, in fact, 2 nights at the airport and to Oslo You need to get there first by bus, then by train.
Yes, they should have asked where they were going, but - I asked, refused, changed the date of departure - and got absolutely the same result.
