We found a travel agency Constant Tour on the Internet. We really wanted to go on a sightseeing tour to Lapperanta.
We went with a guide Elena Netesova. (I’ll say right away that they deleted all my negative reviews, blocked them in the group, and the director said that she would sue me). So I have no choice but to write this review here.
We left at 7 am as most of the bus. It turned out that it was possible to book seats in advance, which the managers did not tell us about, so we got the penultimate seats on the bus. We went to Lapperanta through Imatra (which should have alerted us), since the road to Svetogorsk is being repaired and in some places there was one-way traffic. It takes about 6 hours to drive through such circles to Lapperanta. As the director later told me that "green stops in their company are not provided at all." At the border, the guide said that only the front half of the bus can go to the toilet.
We two stupid girls didn’t think that we simply wouldn’t get back like that. We drove back the same way, because the guide said that there was a shift change in the lingonberry shop. (it didn't occur to us at first that this is complete nonsense and it's just a whim of the guide). At 7 pm we moved back to the border. At first, we stood in a traffic jam on a road under construction for 1.5 hours, and then an hour later I wanted to go to the toilet. When my friend called the guide, she offered her the only option to sit on the highway or in the middle of the bus (the second was more of a joke). As a result, at about 10 pm at 10 degrees, my friend went into the bushes into the forest, because the guide refused to stop at the gas station after a kilometer, because everyone wants to go to the toilet and will run there. Arriving in St. Petersburg, we phoned the director of the company, to which she said (rather shouted) that my friend simply could not stand it and asked her to stop in the forest herself. My girlfriend didn't want to deal with them.
And I just felt offended that there is such a terrible treatment. The guide herself crawled ahead of the group everywhere, without waiting for the last passenger. She acted very rude. She did not voice the program until we arrived in Lapperanta.
