We chose the Alina travel agency because of the proximity to the house and reasonable prices. We wanted to go to Phuket with a young man, an important condition was a 5 * hotel. Instead, the manager began to offer 3 * hotels, saying: "In Thailand, 3 * is normal, why do you need 5." It even became a shame somehow, unpleasantly or something. I said that this is a prerequisite and the price suits us quite well, but this was ignored. And when the manager asked if we would book and we replied that we needed to think (because we still didn’t want 3 *), she looked at us soooo angrily that there was a desire to run away from there as soon as possible. We have not been to Thailand and wanted to consult before buying. Why can't you spare 15-20 minutes for us. But during this time, the manager constantly communicated with tourists on the phone, then with tour operators, something was either confirmed or not confirmed there, we generally felt superfluous at times. But in order to get in, we also sat in line for half an hour!
Apparently, with a huge amount of work, its quality suffers greatly. As a result, we bought a more expensive tour almost in a neighboring office. What never regretted! But they offered us coffee, met us like relatives and told everything and chose everything, called to confirm that the documents were ready, but did not receive the money and forgot. I am very sorry that we chased cheapness and spent the whole evening.
