More than 5 times I traveled with the Silver Ring travel agency both in Russia and abroad. She was absolutely delighted.

But, as it turned out recently, I was delighted not with the company, but with the representative in Moscow.

As soon as the company opened an office in Moscow, problems began: you only need to pay for the tour in person. And until 6 pm. The Silver Ring company turned out to be absolutely indifferent to the fact that people are working ...

We went and paid. I really wanted to celebrate the New Year beautifully.

We decided to go to Rostov the Great, the program was promised to be very interesting and we were looking forward to it...

But, just before the departure, I fell ill, and on the day the tour began, I realized that I was not able to go.

They called the manager, contacted the general director Ekaterina Ulyanova, she promised to consider the application and said that a doctor's certificate was not required.

You will say: the company incurred the costs, cancellation on the day of the tour!

But must there be a conscience?

The firm in the contract promises that it will return the money, but minus the actual costs. We were sent a letter confirming that the costs incurred in 100% of the amount. And there is no evidence of this.

Dear travelers!

I warn you that the company lures tourists with such terms of the contract, but in fact, your tour is not subject to exchange and return! They will promise to return you, they will consider the application ... And ... they will send it.

What's more, many firms offer some kind of travel in return as a consolation prize! I turned to the general director Ekaterina Ulyanova with this request, I was told: "You can only buy a new tour!".

The management of the company does not care about tourists, it is important for them to get money!
