Disappointment from the meeting party...

We liked the rest, the hotel in Bulgaria, but the services of the meeting party, NO!!! From the very beginning, TEDDY KAM, to put it mildly, surprised: having arrived at 07-00 in the morning, with grief in half, having found their bus in the parking lot, without any help, we loaded the luggage and drove off to the hotel in absolute silence, the guide, in my opinion, didn’t even say hello, although he knew the language. In the middle of the road, the bus stopped for some reason and again in complete silence, we waited 30 minutes for refueling with oil, no apologies were forthcoming! During the rest, the representative of TEDDY KAM deceived us with the cost of the tour and wherever we went, the bus was not late for less than 20 minutes ... Of course, I did not expect the TEZ TOUR service, but there were also smaller companies that worked quite tolerably.
