Disgusting and absolutely unprofessional organized trip to Arkhyz

Absolutely unprofessional organization of excursions to Arkhyz.

Time spent on the mountain - 45 minutes. They didn’t put me on a lift with beautiful views - they sent me to the southern slope, where there is almost no snow, saying that it’s impossible to go to the other side. This is a lie, since the group from Pyatigorsk spent 6 (!!) hours on the mountain with all the lifts. I left the hotel at 5:40, we arrived at Arkhyz at 12:00. Before that, there was a technical stop near the cafe on the pass for half an hour (we were taken away 10 minutes before the most beautiful dawn), then a stop with a rise to the face of Christ and food for an hour and a half. On the way back we spent more than an hour in the ancient settlement.

Further, the guide said that we can catch the sunset. To my remark that there was an hour left before sunset and we would not have time (I named the exact time of sunset), she said that we could if we hurry, which was either a lie or absolute unprofessionalism. We were at the pass at 6 pm (sunset at 4:49 pm).

In total, the time spent on the mountain is less on the tour than in the toilet.

On the road with gorgeous views, there was only 1 stop (except those very technical ones) with a view of the mountains, but in fact the view was blocked by trees. And after 100 meters there was a beautiful platform. When asked why we were looking at the bushes, it was answered that we had a big bus and it could not stop anywhere else.

As a result, in a 13-hour excursion, we saw the Gumbashi Pass in the predawn twilight, 45 minutes on the mountain from the losing side, 2 identical churches (very pretty) and "dragon eggs" (incomprehensible balls in the rock next to the churches).

And yes, the travel agency does not provide any clear program with timing before the trip.
