Good day to all. I want to share my sad experience about a trip to Turkey. The other day we returned from Alanya, our tour took place from 08/26/17 to 09/05/17. Were extremely dissatisfied with the tour operator anex tour. We went on a trip from the airport of St. Petersburg, as everyone knows, there are problems with the quality of alcohol in Turkey, so we decided to buy alcohol in Duty free. Upon arrival at the Antalya airport, we were met by a guide girl, who kindly escorted us to the bus that brought us to the Xperia Grand Bali Hotel in Alanya, for a second, this would be the last hotel on the list of arrivals, we were the last to leave the anex tour bus. The flight was at night, due to a bunch of children on board the plane, we absolutely didn’t get enough sleep and on the way from the airport to the hotel we managed to spend another hour or so. The guide woke us up at the hotel and began to hurry to leave the bus. Approaching the hotel reception, they found that there were no packages from Duty Free in their hands, they left them on the bus.

Fortunately, the hotel quickly found the number of our hotel guide anex tour, we immediately contacted the guide, whose name was Lyubov, explained the situation and asked her to call the guide who accompanied us on the bus and find out how we could pick up our packages. Love reassured us and asked us not to worry, she said that everything would be fine, your packages would not go anywhere. The next day we had an appointment with the guide at the hotel, we were looking forward to hearing about the forgotten things. At the meeting, the anex tour guide Lyubov, an extremely unpleasant and arrogant person, said that your packages were not found, no one saw them and knows nothing about them. We were very upset, we did not expect to hear such a thing, because besides us, only the driver and the bus guide remained on the bus.

Then several days of proceedings went on, we called both the annex tour office and the guide, wrote a statement about the loss, but the only answer we received was: “Do what you want, write wherever you want, no one will deal with your loss!”. We are well aware that it is our fault that we left the packages on the bus, but at the same time, the disregard and boorish attitude of the ANEX TOUR employees is striking !!! I will never recommend the anex tour operator to anyone. If you have any problems during the rest, you will solve them yourself!(
