The hotel was promised fabulous, turned out to be just a dump. It's a stretch to give it 3 stars. Room cleaning consists in taking out the garbage, everywhere there is dirt, dishes with smudges, which is scary to eat, water with E. coli, people like in the Moscow metro on the beach and in the dining room. The food is disgusting, so you also need to run after it. WELL, the saddest thing on the day of arrival on the road to the hotel, the Guide tells us that we should not disturb anyone else for 14 hours, this is upon arrival at 7 am, otherwise the room will be given either the worst or uncleaned. We spent the whole day in a dark, dirty, stuffy lobby without air conditioning, and at 15:00 we were told that the room was not yet ready. Our silence did not help us, and at 15.30 they said that the room had not yet been cleaned, they approached our guide to help her, because. from other agencies, the Guides did not leave the reception desk, and ours sat minding her own business and said that she did not help in settling, so as not to listen to insults.

We wanted to change the hotel so they ran away from us. They were of no help in resolving issues. And on the day of departure, the plane was delayed for 3 hours, but they didn’t tell us anything, they unloaded it in silence and left. The person on the bus became ill, she didn’t even come up. The planes are old. And when I asked to explain why to send people to a deliberate garbage dump, they said that everything is fine there, and they are not going to hear anything bad. I do not recommend using this company.
