Those. paid twice. Tickets received a day before departure. The plane from Pegasus was just terrible, there was practically no distance between the rows! terribly uncomfortable! The flight departure time was changed three times, twice on departure and once on the way back. as a result, from their 12 days of rest due to the fault of the Pegasus operator, they lost 1 full day. Of course, no one returned the difference. The transfer was ordered individually, as a result, a minivan for 18 people arrived, in which, in addition to our company of 6 people, 8 more people were safely seated, completely from other hotels. The representative of Pegasus said at the meeting that something was supposedly mixed up in the travel agency.
When a prepayment was made at the travel agency, a certain number was negotiated, a day before departure, it turned out that there was some kind of malfunction in the tour operator’s system and we were told from the travel agency that there would be a slight change in numbers, but it seems to be for the better, i.e. the rooms will be larger than we wanted
As a result, it turned out that the travel agency booked a room, the cheapest of the hotel's room stock. Again, the extremes were not found! When they refused the excursions that the Pegasus guide brought on, the tour operator forgot about us at all, they tried to call on the current issues that had arisen, but we had to solve them ourselves, because. The rep just ignored us! Upon returning, they came to the travel agency to clarify all the nuances, there the girls simply shrugged their hands, saying that they say the tour operator is to blame.
