We left a request on the site, on April 8 the manager Svetlana called back, discussed the details with her, she said in a pleasant voice that she would pick up a tour for three people, and on the SAME DAY she would call back with the results. But neither on this day, nor in 2-3 days or a week, no one calls back. I call myself on April 16, I get to Svetlana. I say that they requested a tour, but did not receive a response. In response, I hear some muttering about the fact that she was on sick leave, so she did not call back. And what if "I STILL NEED THEY CAN FIND A TOUR". When asked why, in the event of an illness, the manager does not transfer the client to other managers who can process the application, he answered: “You don’t need to teach me how to work,” and that “you don’t need to talk to me in such a pretentious tone!” .
The request to the company's management to evaluate this incident, because due to such negligent attitude and such boorish remarks to the client, the company loses its customers and earnings. I do not recommend this company, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, already at the stage of booking an application!
