Good afternoon! My review of the company LLC "Matryoshka-tour". I would like it to be paid attention to by those who want to relax, because. difficulties with the rest, if you have chosen this tour operator, you are guaranteed.
Purchased the tour in November 2017.
Having paid the money and completed all the documents, a few days before departure, I received a message that my vacation was postponed for a week, no compensation was offered, given that by refusing I would not be able to purchase an equivalent tour during this time. I had to deal with leave issues. But this is only the beginning.
On the day of departure, the departure time was postponed three times, without any messages, I had to go to the airport THREE TIMES during the day by taxi with suitcases and with a small child. As a result, all exhausted, we flew away only at 3 am instead of 11 am.
In addition, we were given a flight not direct, but with a transfer through Krasnoyarsk, while we had to get luggage in 1.5 hours between flights, move to another airport terminal in Krasnoyarsk, and check in again for the flight. I was with a small child who was so tired during the flight and I initially purchased the tour more expensive, but direct, and not with a transfer, so that it would be more comfortable to move the road. But the tour operator had his own plans for my vacation and for my money!
Considering that as a result of the flight postponement, my vacation was reduced by almost a day, I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of this day. But the answer to me was this - we can only offer you a 5% discount on the next tour! Is a mockery! Considering the road, I will never contact this operator again and I do not recommend it to others, because. Holidays with such an organizer will definitely be ruined.
