Disrespect for tourists!

We were in Greece in May 2012. Traveled through the Labyrinth for the first time. And last.

Firstly, when flying to Greece, registration was delayed (either because of the airlines or because of the tour operator): why, instead of our registration, they began to register another flight, and we were ordered to wait.

Secondly, the return transfer was very disorganized. A bus for 60 people collected tourists one or two (!) tourists from hotels around the island! The bus is huge and barely turns around in the narrow streets of Rhodes. The bus began to panic, when everyone already understood that we were late for the flight. Everyone begged the guide to call the remaining hotels and call taxis for the tourists, instead of following them around the island. But in vain. We ended up arriving 40 minutes before departure. We stood in a huge queue, everyone was on their nerves. We boarded the plane 2 minutes before departure.

Thirdly, and this is the biggest claim to the tour operator! We took a tour for 7 nights / 8 days. from May 24th to May 31st.

We didn’t immediately find out that on May 31, the departure is at 00.15! That is, in fact, we cross out the 31st number. There is no talk of any 7 nights. Anyway. We reconciled with this, like it’s our own fault, we didn’t look at what time the flight took off. Although, of course, it’s somehow non-authoritative on their part to do such tours ... But a day before departure, they learned back that the flight was postponed to May 30 at 23.15, they were evicted from the hotel at 19.00. This is where it got really embarrassing for us. The tour turned out generally from 24 to 30. We flew in, wrote a claim. The answer came: "your flight has been rescheduled by the airlines from June 01 to May 31. We see no reason for compensation." And All!!! No there: sorry or something like that. They didn’t even write the dates that they wrote in the claim - they read it so carefully ... Or did they still plan our flight on June 01 ...

All in all, unpleasant. Definitely will not fly with the Labyrinth again! We didn't need this compensation as much as we needed at least an apology. But apparently they don't care about their reputation or word of mouth via the Internet.
