The tours of this company are based solely on lies. They communicate with you before the deposit of money, Further, you are not interesting to them.
The whole description of the tour is incorrect, instead of the one described, you will receive hotels, trains, etc. - a class lower.
The program is written on the knee, and does not match the one you get.
Instead of a group of 12 people - a group of 24 people and a Guide - who himself is the first time in Japan + a clearly inadequate person (who should not lead tours at all)
They even took a 75-year-old pensioner who was dying for the whole trip, a lot of the time of the whole group was spent on her. All for money.
No feedback since first complaint. (still in the process of the trip) - you are simply thrown to the mercy of fate in another country with an inadequate guide, who at that moment literally leaves you in the middle of a foreign city and says, they say, take a walk, and I'm home, the program is over. (although we don’t even know the name of the hotel, it has been replaced by a cheaper one)
We filed a class action lawsuit upon our return, we will sue these scammers and return everything that they saved on us.
