Do not buy a tour in Anex Tour (Fortuna)

1. I turned to this company, because they had already bought a tour to Anex tour, they were previously satisfied, but now the company has deteriorated.

2. I will not apply again, I canceled the next purchased tour;

3. The work of managers at a low level (Words: we have a lot of letters, wait (20 hours have passed since the letter was sent).

I turned to the tour company Anex tour (Annex Tourism LLC) / Anex tour for a tour to Turkey in Kemer, having bought a 4 * hotel - I paid for 4 stars (2-ki are cheaper, much cheaper).

Arriving (fact) the hotel does not even pull on 2 stars, the rooms are smoky, dusty, the shower did not work (replaced the day before departure), there are no beds (the mattress is on the mattress).

I bought the tour according to the application No. 5251332 dated 07/02/2018, which means "FORTUNA" (The operator over the phone said the main conditions are that in fact they will check us into a hotel not lower than 4), but this did not happen. The hotel was refused to move to another room (Guide Anex could NOT help).

The hotel is called: Carelta beach resort spa (Read reviews on the Internet, only negative ones)

Is the tour operator applying due diligence?

Anex should have excluded and not offered me this hotel
