Do not contact Marina Kistruga

It could be not only a spoiled vacation, but also money thrown away!

We wanted to go on a burning tour to rest in Greece. The hotel was in Crete, and the flight was five days later, on Friday, March 11th. My boyfriend and I immediately went to the agency, Marina sat us down and started telling us that everyone was hurt, bring money, fly away on Friday! We paid UAH 12,000, handed over the documents and went to arrange vacations at work. In short, there were no signs of trouble.

On Tuesday, I called Let's go with us, they asked me to come in and Marina said that due to the fault of some tour operator there, the flight would not be on Friday, but on Wednesday! (i.e. tomorrow, and they didn't call me knowing it). Naturally, I said that tomorrow I can not fly. I have a vacation from Friday. Marina shrugged her shoulders, said that she could not help, but she would not return the money, because we refused to insure our trip with them !!!! It was the same number! I thought I was going to smash this office brick by brick, but they brazenly kicked me out the door.

While I was tearing my hair out, calling the guy, another manager, Yulia, got through to me. She suggested a tour option for Friday. I don't know how she negotiated with the hotel, with Marina, with the carrier, or with anyone else! I did not care! The guy went for the documents himself. Julia surprisingly designed everything in the best possible way. I found an alternative tour, a good hotel, and thanks to her, the vacation was a success. She is a smart girl, it is clear that she does not work like that for his mother, just to cut down the grandmother. She did her best and we had a great time.

But when you go to Come with us (and there are not so many other options), bypass the Marina.
