My husband and I purchased a tour for two to Spain from the travel agency "For a Permit". An employee of the company, PS KOMLEV, disappeared in an unknown direction with our passports a few days before departure, and did not get in touch. In order not to lose the summer, we were forced to re-register the tour instead of Spain and go to the village of Loo, near Sochi.
The management of the travel agency (represented by their security service) at first tried to find Komleva, and was ready to pay us the difference between tours (Sochi instead of Spain - 17 thousand rubles, including visa fees) and compensate us for moral damage. However, later, when we re-applied directly to the deputy general director for tourism, we were faced with a "misunderstanding" of what we want, and surprise that something was required of them. A month has passed, the travel agency does not get in touch with us. Forced to file a lawsuit.
Do not work with "For Permit", they leave clients and pick up dubious, unverified personnel!
