In January, I bought 4 tours in the UAE for the spring holidays from the travel agency "Putevochka" (Biblio Travel Tour Operator). Plans have changed. I wrote an application to cancel the order. The operator was said to have incurred a cost of 600 euros to book flights to Emirates. Okay, bring back the rest! It's the end of April and the money still hasn't been returned!!! In "Putevochka" they said that the tour operator returned the money to them, but they are all waiting for some kind of confirmation. Although under the contract, after the money is credited to the account of the travel agency, they are obliged to pay it to me within 3 banking days. So what, sue? And assess the moral damage for the same 600 euros?
My mother still went to the UAE from this operator. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the first night of the stay was not paid! I had to pay $ 100, and where to go at 3 am.
In general, stay away from this company!
