Terrible agency! According to the agreement, we have the right to refuse the paid hotel in Turkey for 14 days and in this case the fine will be 800 rubles per person. We decided, for material reasons, to abandon the hotel 16 days in advance. They refused to return the money! They explained that they would not sell the hotel at this price now. They said the penalty would be 100%!! Complete nonsense! Will have to bring the case to court, apparently.
