We came here purely on a recommendation, but that won't stop me from writing this review. At first, I immediately clarified whether Turfima accepts cards, payment by bank transfer, to which I received a positive response. As a result, on the day when they were going to pay 50%, it turns out that this is either a TRANSFER from card to card, or yes, cashless transfer, but through the travel agency website, but + 5% or something.

We took a tour to the Dominican Republic in advance, under the action of an early booking, by agreement and under the contract, the terms of 50% upon conclusion of the contract and 50% for 3 weeks. As a result, after about a month, the manager Alena calls and says that we urgently need to pay for the second part. ANEX (the tour operator through which we flew) unexpectedly demanded payment. And we have a wedding and expenses are all distributed.

I didn’t believe it and began to call Anex myself, where it turned out that this was an early booking action and the conditions were immediately prescribed for all travel agencies, it’s just that Alyona apparently forgot about these conditions and instead of admitting the mistake she began to transfer the blame to the tour operator. Okay, because I kept silent about this recommendation, but agreed to divide the remaining 50% into two payments, with the words “we are so good, so we will pay the anex for you.”

Further, 5 days before departure, I clarify what is happening with the vouchers and it turns out that they are not ready yet and will be ready 1 day before departure (!), Again, the tour operator is to blame for everything. I think it's too late, but before the wedding I had enough nerves and decided not to worry in vain and trust.

The day before departure, right after the wedding, I am waiting for info by mail and to my question “where are our vouchers”, Alena says that they will be ready on the day of departure (what?!). Is it normal to get tickets on the day of departure?!

The attitude simply crossed all boundaries when Alena frankly began to be rude on the phone! Yes, I had a displeased voice, but it's normal to worry when you have a flight tomorrow and there are no tickets, vouchers, nothing. The tone is boorish, and to my proposal “open our contract, read about the conditions”, they answered me “yes, I’ll go and open it right now” and hung up! I'm shocked!! I work in the hotel industry, what kind of clients do not meet, but this is unacceptable!

After that, Alena apparently cooled down and began to call someone there, although we ourselves are already hanging on the phone in Anex and calling. As a result, I can say that we shook out the vouchers and everything else through the annex ourselves (!!!), only in the evening Alena sent everything and we just compared it just in case.

And by the way, by the way, we are newlyweds and I don’t know, but Alena claimed that she would write everything, that there would be a compliment, as a result, no one knew anything at the hotel and we agreed on everything ourselves.

I will not go here in my life, I will not advise anyone! A shame!
