At first, my husband and I signed a contract for the Miami-New York tour, paid half the amount for the ticket, the visa documents were handed over with a delay (although they promised in 2 days). And then it started: for some reason, for the proposed and half-paid tour, the price of the director began to increase by a substantial amount, allegedly in the USA they raised prices ????!!! Then she “bred” and fooled her head for another 10 days. And she couldn’t offer anything specific, except ... fork out and pay extra, and then specifically. Then they changed the tour - without excursions and transfers and only to New York through Warsaw, made a mistake in issuing documents - took more money than was issued for the day of stay. On December 29, the flight was canceled at Sheremetyevo - she did not report and did not answer phone calls, later, when we had already "won back" seats on the plane via Shanghai!!! (how do you like 24 hours in the sky to NY with an hour dash between planes ???
), she learned about it from us, immediately began to "attribute" it to herself as a merit (as if she herself stood in line for us for 12 hours to reissue tickets). Lost because of this day stay in NY. When we were placed at the hotel, at the reception they said that we were staying from December 29 (and arrived on January 30) until January 6, and Alla Nikolaevna gave us a ticket for January 5 !!!!! Upon arrival in Moscow, they wrote her a complaint about the reimbursement of the amount for the unused day in NY (this is more than 10,000 rubles). We have been waiting for a second month for an answer, supposedly the answer comes from the USA (but what about e-mail ??? and what request? with what wording? also only she is clear ...). It is clear and obvious that she does not want to return the money ... You are not decent. You can't "breed" clients like that and you can't work like that, otherwise you will completely be left without them. We travel a lot around the world, but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.
