Good tour company, but sends through other tour operators

The travel agency was advised by a friend, she had already bought vouchers several times (but at the address of Ozerki metro station). The manager advised and found free places in a very good 4 * hotel for the money that we wanted to spend (we found a 2 * hotel on the site ourselves).

But our tour operator would be Coral. We waited a long time for confirmation of the hotel, we no longer believed that we would fly away. We flew with Ural Airlines. This is a different story. From Pulkovo, the flight was delayed for 6 hours (at least 3 hours were allowed to sleep, reporting a delay long before departure). The return was delayed for 3 hours. The representative of the tour operator met us, gave us suggestions for excursions and pointed to the minibus in which the Cypriot driver, who did not speak a word of Russian, took us to the hotel. Only the next day we talked with a representative of the travel agency, who told us about the hotel, city, excursions. We have already found out most of it ourselves over the past day.

According to the schedule, which was at the information stand, the representative of the tour operator was always on site and even he could be called through the reception on a local phone. On the way back, the same driver picked us up and took us to the airport, where we figured out what was what. At the front desk they gave a discount voucher to eat in a cafe, because. The plane was 3 hours late. This voucher is like a mockery of people for 3.5 euros (a cup of normal coffee costs 3.6 euros), I bought a Snickers-type candy with a voucher to calm down. The last time we saw a representative of the tour operator was only on the previous day before departure.
