Acquired in February 2010 a ticket to Egypt. The manager Marina worked with us. Since we do not live in Moscow, the communication with the manager was via ICQ. They responded quickly, there were no problems with paperwork, if clarifications were required, they always called. The only caveat, at first we were promised a direct flight to Taba, but literally a week before departure they changed to Sharm, from where we had to travel by bus. But as I understand it, this is not the fault of the travel agency, these are the troubles of the tour operator (Pegasus).
