I liked Travelata's service, now it is much more thoughtful than a year ago, when I just met when I bought a tour to Croatia. Now I took a tour to Bulgaria, I would like to note the positive information by phone and email, the convenience of communication through a group and competent visa support. Everyone is polite, fast and professional. I would like more transparency in the readiness of documents, so it will be calmer.
In the meantime, this is one of the best agencies that I have used and it is clearly easier to book than through tour operators...
