This is the first time I have stayed with this tour operator. In general, there were no problems. Everything is on time, transfers are excellent, flights are by Ural Airlines, booking is instant. One negative guide in Turkey on the way to the hotel does not tell anything, other tour operators guides tell interesting information about the country.
