Good travel agency!

With this travel agency we rested twice: on New Year's Eve in Vietnam and in autumn in Crete (Greece). My husband and I travel a lot on our own and turn to travel agencies when we are afraid of a language barrier. Before traveling to Vietnam, we were faced with the task of choosing a hotel that does not impose a New Year and Christmas program with national "artistic" amateur performances. A wonderful travel agency manager helped us with this task. She advised us to lower the star rating of the hotel (we settled on a 3-star), while choosing the best room in the hotel where we spent an unforgettable vacation. In Crete, we also had a great rest. From the point of view of the organization, there were no complaints, everything was wonderful. Aloha tour! Thank you very much for your work!
