I turned to the travel agency "I want to go on vacation" on the recommendation of a friend. The manager Elena worked with me. Very nice and attentive girl. She immediately asked about all my wishes. Because I was going to the UAE for the first time, they explained to me all the features of the country and each emirate in particular. Elena advised me several hotels in Dubai and Sharjah. I chose Dubai. The tour was booked, the payment was made without any problems (there were no incidents in the queue for payment), I immediately left all the data for obtaining a visa. A few days later, Elena called me and said that the visa was issued and in the near future I could receive a package of documents. 2 days after the call, I arrived at the office of the travel agency and took all the documents without any problems.
The trip met all my expectations! There were no problems with the flight (I flew through TO Natalie Tours on a / c Emirates), the whole trip was perfectly organized - I enjoyed the trip very much.
From communication with the managers of the travel agency "I want to go on vacation" there were only positive emotions. I would happily use this company again.
