In general, I have long heard about Onlinetours, I saw advertising on the Internet, it's just that we always bought tours from another agency before it closed. First experience 20.03, flew for 10 nights to Israel, Eilat. I booked the tour online, the manager confirmed by phone. Having adjusted the final amount (by the way, it was a little higher than the indicated one by a couple of hundred rubles), I paid with a card, incl. for insurance. Documents were processed through a courier. In general, I was satisfied with the services of the agent, because recommended a very good hotel from which we had very quick access to transport, tour trails. I'm not talking about the level of service, we were satisfied. Also, our agent (Natalia), was online until late at night, answered w\a, our questions. I think next time we will book tours here too.
