Around the middle of April, I booked a tour to Prague from the beginning of the trip on 06/01/13, one of the main and perhaps the most important conditions was a flight to Prague by a direct flight of Aeroflot or Czech Airlines. As a result, the manager and I picked up a hotel and a flight by Czech Airlines from Sheremetyevo, which suited me very much and it would seem that everything was going well. A few days later I called the office to confirm the booking of the tour and air tickets, my manager was not in the office (I was told that he was away) and another manager, after listening carefully and writing down my data on the tour, called back after a while and said that everything was fine, the tour and tickets are confirmed and booked. I drew her attention that it was Czech Airlines that had been booked, they told me that everything was fine and do not worry. Well good so good. On May 13, my wife and child and I collected all the documents necessary for visas and took them to the manager.
The visa processing went on as usual, and on June 29, 2013, the time was set for me to arrive at the office and issue a package of documents. And here, almost 3 days before departure at the time of issuing documents, it turned out that we were no longer flying on a direct flight from Sheremetyevo, but on a Transaero charter from Domodedovo. Moreover, this transplant was done without my knowledge and consent, they were simply confronted with a fact, and this despite the fact that I had previously been given a confirmation of booking tickets for a direct flight of the NSA. Naturally, the airport of arrival has changed, it’s no longer Prague, but Padrubice !!! (it’s another 1.5 hours drive to Prague) Do I need all this ??? To my natural indignation, neither the manager nor the operator of the Service Department replied that they could not help, because it was the beginning of the eighth evening and everyone had gone home. Like, write and call tomorrow, it's already 2 days before departure !!! In short, our mood was terribly spoiled and wild nervousness reigned, the vacation begins "well."
Upon arrival in Prague, it turned out that the hotel had also been changed for us, they said that this hotel would be even better than the one we booked, in fact, the new hotel turned out to be a dump with old furniture and plumbing and a horde of German teenagers screaming day and night.
P.S. Do not contact Sunrise and do not offer anyone, the company sees only money bags in tourists, service and maintenance have fallen dramatically, every manager only sees how to rip you off harder.
