Express tour was chosen because the price for the tour I needed was a little cheaper. The contract was concluded through the travel agency "Sletat.ru". The tour was booked one and a half! months before departure. Problems started two days before departure. On September 1st, I learned that the plane's flight was changed (not delayed, but changed). I called Express Tour and ran into outright rudeness. No one explained to me the reason for changing the flight, but they just said "chic" words. Quote - "And if you wanted the flight not to change, you had to pay another 2 thousand rubles!" Cool, right? But they were flowers. Arriving on the 3rd in Tunisia, the representative of the Express Tour told us that the hotel we had chosen (I repeat the tour was not "burning"!) a month and a half ago, we had been replaced by another hotel! In a different! city, another class and "say thank you that we do not leave you at the airport"! I'll tell you right away that there were 9 of us! person from only one flight!
How many there were, are and will be, I'm afraid to even imagine. People, if you do not want your vacation to be spoiled, in no case do not apply to the Express Tour! Now I'm sitting in a creepy hotel right in the center of dusty Sousse and I'm glad that there is light and water! About Wael. Everything that was written above is true. Ham, loafer and deceiver. I will return to Russia and start writing complaints, starting with the Federal Tourism Agency against these scoundrels!
