To be honest, at first I turned to another travel agency for the desired tour (I’ll write the name as a rebus so that there is no anti-advertising: “old Soviet cigarettes” or “mythical horse with wings (by the way, Greek)”). However, when talking on the phone, the name of the peninsula was pronounced "SitOnia", and the name of the hotel was "Porto Carras", I realized that it was better not to mess with them.

Even before ordering a tour, I liked the fact that Mouzenidis-Travel (hereinafter referred to as MT) provides an opportunity to choose a tour according to certain parameters using the site, compare different options, while the price is final. "Winged Horse", for example, gave a good offer, but when I called, it turned out that this was a shopping tour with obligations.

Having booked the tour, I arrived at the office in Polyanka, signed an agreement, made an advance payment. All in 30 minutes. The final payment was made independently, by bank transfer.

The visa was issued in 3 days.

The procedure for obtaining a visa is very simple - a questionnaire on 1 page, certificates from the place of work, copies of documents, 2 photos. The movement of the application is tracked through a personal account. You can get a voucher, itinerary receipt, insurance policy without leaving your home by printing it from the site.

It's time to take off. Upon arrival at Macedonia (Thessaloniki) airport, you will be met by guides. MT workers can be seen from afar by their yellow T-shirts. We were promptly assigned to buses and taken to hotels. The buses are good, with air conditioning, which is very important. Bus drivers are very careful. The bus does not twitch, does not brake sharply.

We arrived at the hotel - the hotel guides also met there, helped with the check-in and after 15 minutes I was smoking on the balcony of my own room. They organized a Welcome meeting, where they got acquainted with the rules and infrastructure of the hotel, and, of course, the possibilities of MT.

Throughout my stay, MT representatives sat at a separate table in the hotel lobby. Answered all questions (even if asked outside of their business hours).

Check out from the hotel was also well organized. They were delivered to the airport on time and were with us until passport control (they can no longer go further).

In general, MT has established itself as a reliable tour operator that will not abandon or abandon its clients after receiving payment. MT knows about Greece, probably more than any Greek.

I will certainly recommend the tour operator to my friends. I can give advice to tourists: since mutual settlements are made in euros, book a tour in advance, wait until the euro exchange rate drops and pay. You can save a little.
