We waited at the hotel for 2 hours until we found a room, and during this time I already managed to swim and scratch my chest on the corals so that it had not healed even upon arrival in Moscow. Here, of course, it’s hard to make any claims, I climbed it myself, but it was an equipped hotel beach and no one even hinted or instructed about the features of entering the sea. As it turned out later, this is the problem of the entire beach of the hotel, swimming out into the sea without any micro injuries is quite problematic, without swimming slippers there is nothing to do at all. True, when a rather beautiful cliff surfaced with carals and exotic fish for us that can bite. Anything in the water should not be touched.

But the real fun began with meeting Tui at the Hussain Yousef Hotel the next day. The man impudently lied about the low-quality services provided on the territory of the hotel, saying that they are absolutely of poor quality, provided by amateurs and people work here illegally. The concept of what unfair competition is is simply absent as a phenomenon, with all the ensuing legal consequences in a civilized country. And after that he offered his "high-quality and legal" services, as it turned out later for prices 2 times more expensive. The person is there not to orient you in a new environment and help resolve some issues if necessary, but only to get more money out of you. As a result, I paid for two excursions through the Tui agent for $205.

45 safari tour where quad biking, buggy and camel rides were promised with an evening dinner and show program and $ 160 for a trip to the island on a boat with diving (20 min dive) and seafood dinner. But my wife and I decided to get a massage at the hotel, as it was generally unacceptable to go to the city for a massage for 5 days in a row. The massage turned out to be on the level (not counting, of course, not the freshest towels and dirty hammam) and the money spent for it, $ 240 2x5=10 sessions, is quite an acceptable price. I paid with a credit card and of course received a check.

$45 safari trip: All agents of all tour companies collect people from all hotels and take them to one place at the same time, as a result, about 100 people gather in one place. At first you sit there and wait for about an hour for your turn, in the meantime they sell you various souvenir crap for some unthinkable money. They will also sell a handkerchief for $ 5 and rental glasses for 2.

Moreover, the guide always hints that it is recommended to pay a tip for every breath. Having waited for you, they put you first on completely broken-down bugs and you drag one after another at a speed of 15-20 km along a dusty road, breathing sand that flies from the wheels of the rider in front. This happens for about 20 minutes. Then everything is the same on ATVs but for 40 minutes. The pleasure is very doubtful - they present it as a safari tour. Despite the fact that our so beloved guide stated that the rider's level of training will be determined first and the route and speed will be built depending on this.

Then, on old krurzaks, they are taken to the staged Bedouin village, where everything is "natural and local", but with Chinese lightning for some incomprehensible money. A couple of meters on a camel and back. Then a cheap show with dinner and home, as a result, you think it would all be over soon. You actually do something around 1.

5 hours, and the rest of the time you sit waiting and it takes the whole day from 12 to 20.

Then I agreed with the guys at the hotel for $ 25, I had a great ride in the hills, etc. on a quadric, so you don’t need more, a scarf as a gift.

On the second excursion for $80 with diving, the familiar Russian guys first went. The scheme of work for tour agents is the same as in the version described above, they bring crowds of people and try to pretend to provide services, while still trying to constantly sell something in pursuit. As a result, instead of the promised 20 minutes of diving, everything lasts no more than 5-10 minutes. At the same time, with complete unsanitary conditions, the tubes were simply pulled out of the mouth and without washing the mouthpieces they were inserted into the mouth of the next diver without any treatment or replacement, the masks were slightly dipped into the water (this is all very interesting in modern conditions of a pandemic). All this is accompanied by constant yelling, creating the atmosphere of an Arab bazaar.

The dive process itself was carried out as quickly as possible because there were a lot of people. People often just got tangled in the ropes. They don’t let you bring your own water to the pink island, and there they ask for $ 7 for a lousy bottle of beer and you stay there under the scorching sun for at least 1.5 hours. The promised seafood lunch is a simple fish soup that can hardly even be called fish soup. Moreover, all this is always accompanied by a brazen collection of tips.

After their recall with exposed photos, I canceled the tour in 36 hours, and asked for a refund of $ 160 (for 2 people), simply in order not to put my life and health at risk. Then after 5 minutes I received a check about the paid service, which had not been done before.

Naturally, no one introduced me to the information that the money can be returned only if the refusal was within 48 hours, and I did not sign under this.

The one who contacted the central office in Hurghada explained to me in detail that I have the right to do what I see fit, but no one will return the money to me.

Apparently I will try to resolve the issue through the court in Moscow. In Moscow Tour Operator Tui (LLC "TT-Travel") also refused to return the money.

There is also the problem of getting out of the hotel on your own. The policy is to isolate you from the environment. The hotel taxi costs $15 to the city. If you use a taxi of third-party companies, the cost is 3-4 $. But the hotel tries to keep them out of its territory by all means. It is about 1-2 km to the road, this is to get out on your own in the heat. All the same excursions in Hurghada itself cost 2-2.5 times cheaper. So you shouldn't order anything from a tour agent at all.
