We are nobody here, what we decide, nothing depends on us - I have heard such phrases more than once. I had a request to find an urgent tour before a certain date, every day counts. Three times the request was sent, three times it was not confirmed. And every time I heard the same thing. 4 days were wasted. And when I already realized that it was useless to wait, they definitely wouldn’t make a tour here - I had to go to another office to pick up my money! Far from home. Because the office that took my money didn't have it. They didn't even offer an apology. When I took the money personally with my passport, it turns out that for this I need a copy of my passport. I do not like to make a copy of the passport anywhere (many stories with its subsequent use by scammers). But they refused to return the money without a copy of the passport - nonsense! At the same time, constantly repeating - we are nobody, but what is it ....
