We entered into an agreement with More Ltd. Hot Tours before they were called: Azbuka Travel, Nevsky Tour, Azbuka Travel, etc. Agreement on the provision of tourist services February 15, 2013 Early booking.
According to the agreement, the travel company LLC More has undertaken to organize a group tour along the route St. Petersburg - Izmir - St. Petersburg from 24.06.2013-08.07.2013. The ticket price includes:

The hotel website said that it was under construction and the opening was scheduled for May 3rd. But it opened on June 16 and we were glad that we would get into it, and not into a replacement.

All months from February to June, we followed the construction and opening of the hotel on Facebook, corresponded with hotel representatives and tourists who bought tickets there. 06/24/2013. we wrote an email to the hotel asking to see our reservation. 06/25/2013 at 3.00 we were told that there is no such reservation and they work only with INTOURIST.
06/25/2013. we demanded a refund of the money for the tour, as the terms of the contract were not met.
But even now they are pulling and inventing various fables.
We believe that our money was swindled and received interest on it. and no tickets were booked by anyone.
