Everything is very bad

I traveled around Italy from 09/09/17 to 09/16/17 in the bus tour of the "City of Arts". The most remarkable thing was the comfort of the bus and the friendliness of the driver, everything else in terms of organizing and accompanying the tour is simply disgusting. I'm sick of being forced to buy something on the tour or pay a certain amount of tips: I paid the escort what she deserved and it's not much!!

I have a good experience of tourism in other countries and in my understanding the excursions should last at least 4 hours and not 1.5 hours!! I still don't understand why I paid 45€ for a trip to Pisa?! I myself could tell people so much that they told us, there is a lot of this information on the Internet !! I'm glad I didn't buy a guided tour of Siena, because I myself walked around the city center, went to the museum alone for 9€ and quite enjoyed it!! I don't understand why I had to pay 25€ for "headphones"?!

I understand that they are very convenient, since there are a lot of people in museums and on the street, and you need to hear the guide ... But damn, I don’t buy headphones from you, but I rent them and return them back to you !! On what basis should I pay 25€ for what you then take away from me?! I already have headphones from the phone, and disposable headphones are generally distributed on airplanes for free !!!!!! And I also pay 25-27€ for the tour, plus I pay for the entrance ticket separately, that is, the cost of the tour (fee to the guide) should also include headphones!!!!!! When I told my friends who were in Italy 5 years ago, they said that they were given headphones for free !!!!!

Accompanying Marina told us that she had been working in Italy for 10 years, but judging by her stories on the road through Italy, we can say that she has been living for three years and no more ...

It was very boring, uninteresting on the road, the jokes were stupid and began to infuriate, I would like to hear about the life of Italians, where you can eat deliciously, where cheap leather goods and jewelry are, where are the most beautiful places in the cities of stay in Italy, etc. We just stupidly rode the bus from city to city .... Silently and slowly ... The hotels were both disgusting (in Florence) and good ... We were told that it depends on the city of origin ... I disagree !! !!!! There are many better hostels, go to bookcom and see the photos!!!

Sightseeing tour of Rome was about nothing!!!!! It would be better if I took a walk myself, since I have points with local attractions on my phone and it would be much more interesting!!!! Well, I really don’t understand how in 1.5 hours you can talk about the city of centuries-old and historical Rome ?! I was in Abu Dhabi on an excursion for 10 hours and learned everything about the country from the guide!

There was just some kind of race in Italy, everyone did not have time to take pictures and look at the sights with their eyes!! You understand, we stopped near the sights and you need to give at least 5 minutes to tourists to take a photo as a keepsake for yourself and your relatives, not everyone can afford to come to Italy again!!!!!! Lichto I take pictures not "for show", I like high-quality photos and not crap with unnecessary frames and extra people !!!

I didn’t like the fact that at the end of the tour we were brought to Rimmini in the evening and the accompanying Marina Arividerci told us))))) You are just great in terms of organization: I have a fucking plane tomorrow at 21:00, and I had to leave the hotel at 9 :00 what the fuck am I supposed to do?! Dangling around the city of Rimmini?! Thanks!!!!!!!!!! It got even better in the late afternoon: the departure time was postponed by another two hours!!!! And then I finally realized that the last day of my vacation was completely ruined!!!!

Not only was it wasted, but I was still waiting for a plane at Rimmini airport, the most disgusting airport I have ever seen in my life!!!

In general, I liked Italy, but I didn’t like the accompanying Marina M., I didn’t like the sightseeing tour of the “city of arts” either !!
