We flew with "TUI Ukraine" to Hurghada in Steigenberger Al Dau Beach 5 * in early October through "Bonitur". Despite the "covid" jerks, staggers and restrictions, as well as the fears associated with this, everything went smoothly, the predicted problems were happily avoided! Already home! Thanks to all !!! And there would be nothing to write about, because everything went smoothly, if not for the guide from TUI in Hurghada and the surrounding area of Abdallah Elnahal. Impressed extremely positively! A very intelligent, educated person (a philologist with a refined Russian language, an Egyptologist, a psychologist), he is simple and accessible in communication, at the same time he knows how to tough and successfully resolve all issues with the administrations in the interests of tourists, and sometimes "put in place" our presumptuous “experienced” (I don’t know if this is part of his function, but I was a witness ... and I’m not alone ...). There were only a few Russian-speaking people in the hotel, and everyone knew about this guide, although some were from other tour operators. In my opinion - the best advertising for a travel agency! It remains to congratulate TUI Ukraine on such an employee, and thank Abdalla for a good job!
